The staff at Binghamton Country Club can proudly say that our club provides a unique dining and social experience like no other in the area. Our dining rooms offer spectacular scenery and comfortable setting for any situation. You can start by relaxing with appetizers and something cool on the outside patio, just taking in the view. Next come into the players lounge and have Carl make your favorite martini, and enjoy the finest of food in a casual setting taking in a Yankees game, or just catch up with friends. If you feel like dressing up move over to the formal dining room for candlelight dining, or if you have a slightly bigger group, our private dining room seats more than 30, a perfect place to host an intimate birthday or retirement party. Our menu selection at the club is as eclectic as our membership. Whether you decide to start with a classic like our jumbo shrimp cocktail, then move on to Veal Picatta or try one of the chef’s creations like the Seafood Beignets with creole mustard, and follow that up with Honey Dijon BBQ rack of lamb, or just go completely off the menu and have one of the Chef’s daily features. Whatever you’re in the mood for you will find it here. We proudly serve choice and prime hand-cut Filets, NY Strips and Delmonicos. Our seafood is the best in the area with fresh selections like salmon, tuna, grouper, mahi, swordfish, haddock and sea bass not to mention mouthwatering clams and succulent oysters that make their way to a lot of member buffets. One of the great things about dining here is if you don’t see something your in the mood for, or if there is something special you would like that’s not on the menu, just ask and the Chef will be glad to make for you and with enough notice bring in that something special to enhance your dining experience. On the catering side we are equipped to host most any size member or member sponsored event, from your 10 year olds neighborhood pool party, or your only daughters 200 person wedding in the Main ball room, Nancy will help you work out all details such as the services of a florist and DJ, seating arrangements, plate or buffet with choices off the banquet menu or something themed just for your event by you and our chef.
